Does the event have an age restriction?
Yes, anyone above the age of 5 must purchase a ticket.
How do I claim my VIP gift pack?
Go to the VIP ticket entrance, and once you have been scanned in, you will receive your VIP Gift Pack voucher. This voucher is redeemable at the Gift Pack collection point in the event hall.
You will be supplied with the one gift pack per VIP ticket purchased, which must be collected on the day of the event. For full gift pack conditions, please see Terms and Conditions.
Is my ticket for a specific date?
Yes. Your ticket will only allow you into the event for the day you selected when purchasing it.
You will receive your ticket via email from Skiddle on the same day you purchased it. If you have not received your ticket, please check your junk folder. For further help, contact Skiddle directly at custcare@skiddle.com / 0333 301 0101. Please note Skiddle do not work weekends.
Can I transfer/ resell my ticket?
No, if we find you have done this, you will be refused entry into the event.
Perosnal Assistant (PA) Tickets?
A PA ticket will be free of charge when proof of ticket purchase is emailed to info@lookgoodlive.com in addition to carer evidence.
There will be numerous catering options around the venue where you will be able to purchase food and drinks.
The CBS Arena is a cashless venue. Show exhibitors may accept cash or cards, so we recommend that you take cash out before the event. Currently, there are ATM's in the arena's casino (you must be 21 years of age to enter) and at a nearby Tesco store.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
The Coventry Building Society Arena aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors. For more information, visit the venue website.
Can I access an internet connection?
All visitors to the Coventry Building Society Arena can connect to Wi-Fi across the entire venue completely free of charge. The venue has a strong service signal for 3G/4G use.
Is there a cloakroom or somewhere to store my shopping bags?
No Unfortunately not.
Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs
Do you need to book for the talks on the Stages?
No, you do not need to book a seat for any of our stages. These will all be available on a first come first serve basis, so make sure to attend each talk on time in order to get a seat.
Do you have to pay to attend the Stages?
All stages at Look Good Live will be FREE and on a first come first serve basis, so take a seat at any talk which takes your interest.
Will there be an opportunity to ask questions after guests speak?
Included in the stage time slots will be the opportunity to ask the speaker questions. You will be able to find out more from the brands on the Live Stage by visiting their stands.
The stages are located throughout the show, they will signposted and labelled clearly.
Video and sound recordings are not permitted in stage areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by the Organiser.
The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines. Please also refer to our Covid-19 safety guidelines.
Are there any additional security measures?
For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
What should I do in an emergency?
Please speak to a member of Security or the Main Reception. In the event of a venue emergency, tannoy instructions will follow throughout the venue.
First Aid is located in the main Atrium on the ground floor. A member of Security or the Main Reception can also direct you.
What if I need information at the show ?
Please visit our staff at the registration/information area for any help.
The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the venues current set of guidelines to keep you safe at our event.

The event will take place at the Coventry Building Society Arena in Coventry. If travelling by car, use postcode CV6 6AQ.
The Coventry Building Society Arena has 2,000 onsite car park spaces (normally £10 for 3 hours). The Organiser of Look Good Live has paid for your parking, so parking will be provided free of charge to all visitors to Look Good Live on a first come first serve basis.
A limited number of disabled car parking spaces are available at the Coventry Building Society Arena on a first come first served basis. Please note that all badges will be checked and the badge holder must be with the vehicle.
Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.
What if I need to leave the venue for a short period of time eg. A cigarette break?
We will provide a landyard which will enable you to leave and return to the event. Please note that you will only be able to return on the same day.
How do I obtain my Show Guide?
Show guides will be handed out free of charge, as you enter the show. This guide will list all the brands at the show, exclusive offers, stage timetables, and more. At the show, everything will be signposted and easily visible for guests to find.
