I’m having trouble claiming my discount code?

What are the opening times?

Friday 24th November 2023: 10:30 – 16:30

Saturday 25th November 2023: 10:30 – 16:30

Sunday 26th November 2023: 10:00 – 16:30

Does the event have an age restriction?

Yes, anyone above the age of 5 must purchase a ticket.

How do I claim my VIP gift pack?

You will be supplied with the one goody bag per VIP ticket purchased, which must be collected on the day of the event in the allocated area which will be signposted at the show. For full gift pack conditions, please see Terms and Conditions.

Is my ticket for a specific date?

Yes. Your ticket will only allow you into the event for the day you selected when purchasing it.

How will I receive my ticket?

You will receive your ticket via email. If you have not received your ticket 10 days before the event, please contact Skiddle directly at / 0333 301 0101.

Can I transfer/ resell my ticket?

No, if we find you have done this, you will be refused entry into the event.

Perosnal Assistant (PA) Tickets?

A PA ticket will be free of charge when proof of ticket purchase is emailed to in addition to carer evidence.


Where can I eat and drink?

There will be numerous catering options around the venue where you will be able to purchase food and drinks. On the top floor there will also be a cocktail bar.

Is there an ATM?

The CBS Arena is a cashless venue. Show exhibitors may accept cash or cards, so we recommend that you take cash out before the event. Currently, there are ATM's in the arena's casino (you must be 21 years of age to enter) and at a nearby Tesco store.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The Coventry Building Society Arena aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors. For more information, visit the venue website.

Can I access an internet connection?

All visitors to the Coventry Building Society Arena can connect to Wi-Fi across the entire venue completely free of charge. The venue has a strong service signal for 3G/4G use.

Is there a cloakroom or somewhere to store my shopping bags?

You can drop off baggage, coats and luggage in the cloakroom, which is chargeable by the organisers

Can I bring my guide dog?

Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs



Do you need to book for the talks on the Stages?

No, you do not need to book a seat for any of our stages. These will all be available on a first come first serve basis, so make sure to attend each talk on time in order to get a seat.

Do you have to pay to attend the Stages?

All stages at Look Good Live will be FREE and on a first come first serve basis, so take a seat at any talk which takes your interest.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions after guests speak?

Included in the stage time slots will be the opportunity to ask the speaker questions. You will be able to find out more from the brands on the Live Stage by visiting their stands.

Where are the Stages located?

The stages are located throughout the show, they will signposted and labelled clearly.

Can I film the stages?

Video and sound recordings are not permitted in stage areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by the Organiser.

Health and Safety

The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines. Please also refer to our Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Are there any additional security measures?

For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.

Covid-19 terms:

The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the venues comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our event.

Please adhere to safety guidelines to keep everyone safe:

  • Do not attend if you have Covid-19 symptoms
  • Take a Covid-19 lateral flow test at home before arriving and do not attend if this is positive
  • Follow the one way signage
  • Wash your hands regularly and/or use hand sanitiser provided around the venue
  • Use contactless payment where possible
  • Use of facemasks advisable

The organiser and the venue have increased the ventilation around the building and are providing enhanced daily cleaning, increased  at high touch point areas.

How do I get to the venue?

The event will take place at the Coventry Building Society Arena in Coventry. If travelling by car, use postcode CV6 6AQ.

How much is parking?

The Coventry Building Society Arena has 2,000 onsite car park spaces, which will be provided free of charge to attendees on a first come first serve basis.

Is there disability parking?

A limited number of disabled car parking spaces are available at the Coventry Building Society Arena on a first come first served basis. Please note that all badges will be checked and the badge holder must be with the vehicle.

Will the event be filmed?

Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.

What if I need to leave the venue for a short period of time eg. A cigarette break?

We will provide a landyard which will enable you to leave and return to the event. Please note that you will only be able to return on the same day.

How do I obtain my Show Guide?

The show guide will be accessible at the show in the form of a leaflet handout. This will be free of charge. This will contain all of the brands at the show, exclusive offers, stage timetables, and more. At the show, everything will be signposted and easily visible for guests to find.
