At The Cancer Support Centre we know that the impact of having cancer isn’t just a physical one.
Cancer affects everything… you, your family, and those surrounding you. The hospitals look after the clinical needs and treatments of the body, but we look after the mind and the spirit - the emotional and psychological support that is really important to managing and coping, and being the best you can be whatever the situation or prognosis.
We are here to be a listening ear, provide supportive treatments to help with the effects of Chemo and Radio therapy, or to share techniques you can use yourself to help you feel as well as you possibly can whatever is going on.
So whether you have the diagnosis or are supporting someone who has then we may be able to help.
We are always looking for VOLUNTEERS to help with Fundraising so if you have a few hours to spare then please come and see us.
